Karen Kirkland currently serves as Executive Director of Nickelodeon’s Writing Fellowship Program.
The Nick Writing Fellowship is designed to attract, develop and staff diverse writing talent on Nickelodeon Network productions. During her 5-years at Nick, Karen has managed the creative direction and coordination efforts between the Fellowship and series’ productions, show creators and network executives in addition to helping launch the careers of many successful writers.
